Fawad Ch is right?

In Feb. 2019, I was graduated as an Electrical Engineer. After 15 days of graduation, I got a job in a private firm that was working on the project of Huawei. I was appointed as a team leader in that company. After four months I switched my company and shifted on a Nokia Project. In my team, there were five people including myself. We did Microwave links. I am not such an intelligent person and not a hard worker. But every time I got appreciation from my manager. My colleagues told me that you had a good team that’s why your team is on the top of the graph. I asked them who selected the team they said “Of course you”. Then I told them that you selected your team and I selected mine the only difference between us is that my team members are loyal to work. Now I tell you one thing which I did in my training period in the second company. I noticed the intelligent and hard worker riggers. When I was in my first company on the Huawei project, I m not familiar with this team selection procedure but in the second company I know is that there will be a procedure of team selection after the training period. So I selected the best people who are familiar with their work. They are intelligent guys.

Now there is purpose to explaining all of you this background. By this I will explain to you the current situation of the Government of Pakistan. PM of Pakistan believes that if he is loyal then every person who works under him is loyal. In other words, if the leader of a country is loyal then the whole cabinet will be loyal. This philosophy was wrong and time proved it. If a team leader is an idiot but his or her team is an intelligent and hard worker then the leader will succeed in the future. On the other hand, if a leader is an idiot and the whole team is also a moron then what will be the outcome? The outcome will be similar to which Fawad Chaudhary was discussed in his interview.

According to my point of view, Fawad Ch was right. We all know that Jhangir Tareen, Asad Umer, and Shah Mehmood Qureshi are the senior leader of PTI. We know one more thing that they all didn’t sit together. Imran khan is familiar with this situation. The second point Fawad Ch said that selected people are in the government. It’s right. Our health minister Dr. Zafar Mirza and the Governor State Bank Raza Baqar. They both were the representative of WHO and IMF.

This government is on the edge according to the current situation. If they all will never change their attitude then it will collapse soon. At last, they will sit together with Zartaj Gul and discuss on the 19 points of Covid-19.
