A few days ago, I was with my friend. We were walking on the road. Beside the road there were some stalls of different products. Like, shoes and clothes etc. I saw a person. He came to buy some clothes. He said, again and again, to the stall keeper that “I cannot afford it "when I listened to these words. I remember the book that I was reading those days. The purpose of presenting this illustration is to explain a formula. Today as you all see, my blog title is "how we become rich?” The first rule I want to share with all of you is to replace the sentence “I cannot afford it” with "How can I afford it?" from your mind dictionaries. When we said the sentence, I cannot afford it. It shut down our minds. It put a heavy block in front of our thoughts. But when we said, how can I afford it? It will show us hope, an opportunity, and our mind comes in a cycle of thinking. Our mind thinks about new ideas. Just apply this rule in your life, and you all will see a tremendous change in your thinking.
The next rule, that I want to share with all of you is to know the difference between assets and liabilities. These two words have different meanings. Just understand these words. Many of us think that our house is our asset. This phenomenon is wrong. Anything which did not give us some cash flow is not our asset. It is our liability. I try to explain it with the help of an illustration.
Suppose you have a flat. The tenant lives there. He or she gives you a rent every month. You do not need to be showing your presence physically. You get a specific amount every month. This flat is giving you a cash flow and building your asset column strong. If you want to be a rich person, you have to focus on your asset column rather than on your liability column.
The next point, develop your financial IQ. Become financially literate. I have to say obnoxiously that our education system gives us the knowledge to become a professional, but it will never educate us about financial literacy. Due to this breakdown, the few who started their own business didn’t mark so high. After such a loss, they will become dreaded because it was just a frenzy behavior. Promptly you have to become financially literate. Now a stupid question that will come to our mind that why we have to develop financial IQ? Why we have to become financially literate? Its answer is “Just to make a difference” Learn to take risks. Develop your personality as a risk-taker. According to warren buffet, “Risk comes when you don’t know that what are you doing? “. So knowledge about your task is extremely important. After getting the knowledge, never behave like a timid. Just move on like a bravado. Play smartly.
Next thing if you want to become rich, then think like them, behave like them, and read them. Just put yourself in that condition and think. Last but not least, knows about the power of giving because it’s important in every business. Poor people are greedier than rich people. If a person was rich, that person was providing something that other people wanted. Whenever you feel needy or short of money or short of help, simply went out or found in your heart what you wanted, and decided to give it first. When you gave, it always came back. I just explain this phenomenon with the help of an illustration, a guy sitting with firewood in his arms on a cold, freezing night. He is yelling at the pot-bellied stove, “When you give me some heat, then I will put some wood in you!” And when it comes to money, love, happiness, sales, and contacts, all one needs to remember is to give first. I want to end my blog with a quote, “ Every morning you have two choices: Continue to sleep with your dreams Or wake up and chase them”. Now it's up to you!
