Court system of Pakistan

At the time of partition, when there were thousands of families reached Walton through the Wagah border, there was also a family from Jalandhar who reached Pakistan. The whole area was stranged to them. That’s why they didn't have any destination. They moved towards that direction where most of the people were moving. They didn't have a single penny to spend, not so many clothes to wear, and no food. They were religious so, they didn't believe in begging in front of anyone. They used to say bismillah for what they get from camp.

One day this whole family reached Peshawar. Where there was a house of Hindu merchants who left it after partition. They undertake this house and start living there. The old man of the family wrote a letter to his son. Who was captain at that time in the Pakistan army that we found a house and we all are safe. Captain reached Peshawar and felt extremely happy when he saw his whole family. After few days, when the captain went back to his unit the Oldman searched for the servant because the house was so big. For the take care of that house, they want a servant but, he didn’t find anyone. Oldman wrote a letter to his son and told him the current condition. The son advised the Oldman to give the one portion of the house on rent so they will also get some money, and the issue of taking care of a house would be resolved. So the old man gave one portion of the house on rent. After a few months, the tenant refused to pay rent. After that, he claimed that the whole house is his property. The Oldman becomes confused and told to his son. His son comes after a few days and wants to resolve the issue as a table talk but, the renter refused it. So, they had the last option to go to court.

Now the real story started. They filed a case in court after a few months, the court called both parties and gave them the next date. Similarly it became the schedule they called them and gave them next date, on the other hand, the son of old man becomes Major then Colonel but still the case was in the court he moved to ordain for some course after a year when he came back the case was still in court. He became Major General but, the case was still in court. He became the Lt General and became the core commander of Multan but, his case was still in court. After all, he became the army chief but, the case was still in the court. The renter came to his office and say sorry to him and gives the documents of that house to him. I know you all want to know that, who that guy was? he was General Zia ul Haq. Just imagine from this example that how weak is our court system, and think if Zia wasn't posted as a COAS then he won that case or not?
