In the suburb of Islamabad, there is a small town named Bara-Koh. A girl of age 11 years old lived in Bara-Koh named Shehzadi. She was the daughter of poor parents. She went to the house of Zara Mehak for tuition in the evening. Zara Mehak did BS in Mass Communication. Her father was Naib Qasid in OGDCL. On 13 Feb 2020, Shehzadi went to tuition and didn’t come back to home. Her parents did FIR in Police Station. After three days, the body of Shehzadi was found in the gutter of the I-9 industrial area. Her body was fully burned. It’s difficult to identify her; parents identify her from her teeth. On 17 Feb 2020, her family members blocked the road. News came out in media. Chief Justice took the suo moto notice. SP Capt. Ilyas started the investigation. He is a young Police Officer and expert in solving such type of difficult cases. First, Capt. Ilyas got the data of I-9 and Bara-Koh phone towers. On the day when Shehzadi was kidnapped four million calls were held in that area. From these four million Capt. Ilyas filtered out those people who moved in between of Bara-Koh and I-9. From those, he filtered those people who went from I-9 to Bara-Koh and again came back to I-9. From those people, he filtered out those who went to Bara-Koh only on that day. Those were 1250 people. Police filtered such numbers from those 1250, which were used only on that day. After all, police traced one number, from that number the tutor of Shehzadi, Zara Mehak got a missed call. Police arrested Zara Mehak. In investigation, police came to know that Zara Mehak had two numbers. After that, there was a dreadful story. From 2009, Zara Mehak loves a guy named Ibrar Qazi. Ibrar did an MBA and working in a Steel Mill as an HR Manager. They both wanted a thrill in their life. In that thrill, Ibrar raped Shehzadi and then killed her. Capt. Ilyas also captured a message which was sent from Zara Mehak to Ibrar “you bury the dead body or burn her”. He burned the dead body. In investigation, police came to know that was not the first incident. They both did several cases. Before that, they both killed the daughter of SP Hakam Ali.

We all have to be aware of it because it’s an alarming situation for our society. People have to be aware of tuition centers. If they think that it’s important then give them a pick and drop service by yourself. Try to maintain interaction with your children’s and if they feel awkward behavior from anyone, they easily discuss with you. If we want to save our children’s we have to take these steps.
